Racks & physical layout
Racks & physical layout
Work in progress — needs an onsite pass to confirm and complete. Compiled from notes, not yet verified rack-by-rack on site. Several racks have gear left out (flagged below).
Rough physical layout of the AV system, rack by rack.
AV room — left (main AV rack)
Control SG-300, AVoIP SG-500X, Core M4250, NovaStar H5, AMX NX-3200, Projection Mac Studio, Carbonite processor, AJA video router, Green-Go mobile-device bridge (BridgeX), UPS. (Probably more — to confirm onsite.)
AV room — right (Dante / mic input)
RackLink, SG-300 (Dante A), SG-300 (Dante B), wireless microphone receivers.
Video control room
- Main rack: Control Room M4250, Sound Recording PC, shader + switcher PCs, RackLink, UPS.
- Switcher desk rack: Blackmagic HyperDeck, Epiphan Pearl Nano stream encoder, Green-Go comms station.
- Shader desk rack: AJA router control panel, Blackmagic SmartScope.
M21 — right
M21 M4250, Lighting PC (grandMA3 onPC), docker-server (ideally would move to the server room). (More gear to add onsite.)
M21 — left (audio amps / DSP)
NION DSP, AMX REL-8, amplifiers, an older contact-closure RackLink, UPS.
Under Stage — left
Stage M4250, ETC 4-port DMX gateway, SDI→fiber converters.
Under Stage — right
Older contact-closure RackLink, a “dumb” 24-port control switch (unmanaged), the dLive rack processor (MixRack), and a “dumb” ~16-port switch for the Allen & Heath ME personal-monitoring system.
Atrium
Atrium M4250, RackLink 8-port, wireless mic receiver, BSS BLU-100 (shared Atrium+Legato DSP), AMX NMX decoder, AMX REL-8 (projection-screen control), atrium amplifier, legato amplifier.
FOH Audio
FOH audio PC (SOUND-PC), FREQOUT feedback-suppression hardware. (The
dLive control surface sits at this position as a desk console.)
Server Room (digital-signage distribution)
AVoIP-DS M4250, DS AMX units (the five SVSI signage encoders, in sleds), DS PC
hardware (the four signage source PCs), and a RackLink RLNK-915R (RLNK-DS,
192.168.30.23) that powers the PCs (outlets 1–4) and the SVSI cage (outlet 5), so the rack can be
power-cycled remotely. Port by port on the
AVoIP network map.
